A holistic movement method designed to condition the body by drawing on techniques and principles from Ballet and Contemporary Dance, Yoga & Pilates. The full body workout has been designed to strengthen, lengthen and increase body awareness and range of movement through the practice of mobility flows, body weight conditioning techniques and the exploration of alternative movement patterns to find a deeper understanding or our body in motion and increase movement possibilities.
Founder of Dynamic Body®, Letitia Wilkinson, has a deep understanding of the body in motion, as a professional contemporary dancer, she incorporates many movement practices into her work including Ballet, Yoga, Pilate’s, Feldenkrais, Klein technique and release techniques. These techniques informed and inspired the design of the Dynamic Body® classes, integrating multiple movement methods to offer a unique class accessible to all levels. Functionality of movement is at the core of the classes, creating strong lean muscles that will support you in and out of the studio!
