Mondays – 7.15-8am
With an enthusiasm and devotion to Ashtanga and Jivamukti yoga lineage, Alsu teaches dynamic Vinyasa Krama classes filled with creative flow of poses, music and hands-on adjustments. During her classes students are progressing physically through series of body strengthening poses (asanas) and mentally through a high level of concentration (dharana).
A dedicated practitioner herself, Alsu first discovered magical benefits of yoga in 2003. She has completed a RYT 200 Teacher Training with senior teachers Stewart Gilchrist and Amanda Denton. Alsu likes balancing her physical practice with an ethical side of yoga (yamas and niyamas) by promoting compassion to animals and sensitive use of planet and human resources.
