Yin Yoga – Fridays 1:30-2:15
Aisha was first introduced to yoga as a child, and it has been her constant companion through her life.
When she was working as a chef, she burnt out completely, leading her back to the path of yoga. Using restorative and yin yoga to rehabilitate her body, she fell in love with the whole of yoga, and decided to further her knowledge and train to be a yoga teacher.
Aisha believes that we can all benefit from the empowering practice of yoga. Leading inclusive, uplifting, and intuitive classes, Aisha aims to share her understanding of yoga and inspire others to continually transform and grow as she does.
