Pregnancy Yoga

The Light Centre’s Pregnancy Yoga classes are as follows:

  • Tuesdays 1.15 – 2.00pm
  • Wednesdays 5.30 – 6.30pm
  • Fridays 6.15 – 7.15pm

We also offer Pregnancy Pilates on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5.30pm or Pregnancy Pilates Reformer on Fridays at 5.15pm. All of the above classes are suitable for women who have been pregnant for more than 12 weeks.

The teachers have put together a series of postures that are specifically suited to pregnancy, ones that help ease the typical aches and pains of pregnancy and will strengthen and calm you in your preparation for childbirth.
