Pregnancy Yoga

The Light Centre’s Pregnancy Yoga classes are as follows:

Pregnancy Yoga:
Tuesdays 1.15pm
Wednesdays at 5.30pm
Fridays at 6.15pm
Pregnancy Pilates:
Tuesdays at 5.30pm
Thursdays at 5.30pm
Pregnancy Reformer:
Wednesdays at 1.15pm

All of the above classes are suitable for women who have been pregnant for more than 12 weeks.

The teachers have put together a series of postures that are specifically suited to pregnancy, ones that help ease the typical aches and pains of pregnancy and will strengthen and calm you in your preparation for childbirth.
