We offer around 30 Yoga classes a week at the Light Centre Moorgate. This includes an eclectic mix of classes including Hatha, Power/Vinyasa flow , Ashtanga and Jivamukti styles as well as a daily Mysore session from 6.30am to 9am every day. If you have never tried Yoga before, it is a good idea to sign up to a Yoga Beginner Course. The course will give you the basics you need to get started with your yoga practice and the confidence to join most of our classes.

As many of our classes can get very busy we always recommend pre-booking to reserve your spot. Please use the schedule below to book in. Please note we are no longer able to take bookings over the phone.

Please note: Classes can be booked online up to 8 days in advance and up to 10 minutes before the start of a class. Online bookings must be cancelled online up to 2 hours before the start of a class or this will be treated as a ‘no show’ or a ‘late cancel’. You can use our Mindbody APP for quick and easy bookings and cancellations or by logging in to the Mindbody website.
