Osteopaths use manipulation, soft tissue techniques and other associated skills to create realignment of the body and thus balance, symmetry and free movement.
Cranial Osteopaths use gentle encouragement of the cranial alignment to affect total body function.

Osteopaths typically treat ailments such as back pain, neck and shoulder pain, knee pain, sports injuries, arthritis etc, which often arise when the body is malaligned or under unremitting physical stresses.
