The Light Centre’s Pregnancy Yoga class is on Wednesday’s at 5.30pm. (We also offer Pregnancy Pilates on Monday’s at 5.30pm). It is suitable for women who have been pregnant for more than 12 weeks.
The teacher, Anja, has put together a series of postures that are specifically suited to pregnancy, ones that help ease the typical aches and pains of pregnancy and will strengthen and calm you in your preparation for childbirth.
