Pregnancy Pilates

Pregnancy Pilates:
Tuesdays at 5.30pm
Thursdays at 5.30pm
Pregnancy Reformer:
Wednesdays at 1.15pm
Pregnancy Yoga:
Tuesdays 1.15pm
Wednesdays at 5.30pm
Fridays at 6.15pm

It is suitable for women who have been pregnant for more than 12 weeks.

The Pregnancy Pilates teachers have put together a class that is specifically suited to pregnancy. The class will help ease the typical aches and pains of pregnancy and will strengthen you in your preparation for childbirth.

The Pregnancy Pilates classes are now run by Anna Biela on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5.30pm – 6.15pm.
