Pregnancy Pilates: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5.30pm.
Pregnancy Yoga: Wednesdays at 5.30pm and Fridays at 6.30pm.
It is suitable for women who have been pregnant for more than 12 weeks.
The Pregnancy Pilates teachers have put together a class that is specifically suited to pregnancy. The class will help ease the typical aches and pains of pregnancy and will strengthen you in your preparation for childbirth.
The Pregnancy Pilates classes are now run by Lisa Marie Probert on Tuesdays.
