R15 Training

Our fitness studio at the Light Centre is run by Jagir Singh from R15 Training.

The R15 concept is based on a university research study. In the study the participants were dramatically transformed – on average they lost 7.5lbs of fat and more importantly, gained 3lbs of muscle tissue in 12 days- by exercising only exercising 15 minutes a day.

The atmosphere is like nothing you’ve experienced before. The focused approach and invigorating exercise produces a world class environment for success. The highly trained certified staff have been taught how to create the most conducive atmosphere that is both exciting and result orientated. With each programme you get allocated a trainer so you will be looked after, supervised and monitored each session. Programmes also include consultations, specific low GI nutritional advice and follow up assessments.
